ELIZABETHJACINTO

A speaker and storyteller who believes each of us has the capacity to lead within our own sphere of influence.
By sharing her own story as a survivor, wife, mother, business owner, and churchgoer, Elizabeth poses thoughtful questions to help audiences remember and reflect on their own experiences that will inspire them to act. Elizabeth believes the primary way to affect real change is through connection - one person at a time.
With a professional background in Marketing and Communications as a Proposal Manager and Program Administrator, Elizabeth led cross-functional teams in developing and securing multi-million-dollar government contracts. She facilitated corporate leadership development initiatives, including programs designed to strengthen collaboration, communication, and strategic thinking among executive teams. She received an executive education certificate in Leadership and Strategic Impact from the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth.
Mothers are not stepping back from leadership - mothers are among the most influential leaders in the world.
Today, Elizabeth brings together her graduate studies in Organizational Behavior, formal leadership training, professional experience, and lived experience to teach principles that translate across every sphere of life - from organizations and communities to families and personal growth.
She is the host of The Bishop's Wife Podcast, where she shares powerful, faith-centered stories of women of faith who lead with love and peace. Drawing from her own experience, she invites women to redefine leadership - not by title, but by influence, intention, and alignment with purpose.
