FAMILYEDUCATION

Elizabeth Jacinto teaches that the most important organization on earth is the family. Drawing on her background in organizational behavior and management, she offers a thoughtful perspective on how principles that strengthen successful organizations - clarity of roles, shared vision, accountability, and trust - can also strengthen our homes.
Elizabeth explores how individuals within the family can lead with greater intention - honoring the distinct and complementary roles of husbands and wives, while also inviting children to take meaningful responsibility and develop confidence in their contributions.
While she draws insights from leadership and organizational frameworks, Elizabeth is careful to emphasize that a family is not a corporation. It is a living, relational unit built on love, sacrifice, and connection.
When families operate with purpose, unity, and love, they become places where individuals are not only cared for, but developed.
